Our Philosophy in Ministry:

Our ministry of missions is completely focused on mobilizing nationals to the unreached.   Of the unreached people groups left to reach, our staff strongly feel the work is best launched and maintained by believers nearer in culture to the group to be targeted.

For example, in 1998 an unreached people group was targeted in the 10/40 window in partnership with national believers.  Today there is a strong Bible preaching church there, along with a medical clinic.  In addition, these nationals have begun other churches in nearby villages.  This was done with financial help from MM and other national believers.

Our mission verses are:  Romans 15:20,21; I John 3:16-18.

Yet how do we practically mobilize nationals?

We Mobilize Nationals by Supporting them in Three ways:

  • People: We provide supplemental support to national church planters.  Overtime we decrease it when they are fully supported by the local work.  We ensure indigenous churches in the region take on the lion share of their support.  We just help these workers where they fall short in their overall support needs.
  • Projects: We help meet physical needs that contribute toward an indigenous planted church.  We have purchased transportation for church planters, provided aid in building church buildings and have helped purchase medicines for distribution by national medical personnel planting churches.
  • Preparation: Training national workers is crucial to success in church planting and in expanding the work.  We invest in this area regularly.

Currently, we take no administrative fees out for our work and maintain a high standard of accountability in all that we do.  We appreciate those of you who have already given this year to accomplish our mission goals.
